WISH GOD A GREAT DAY EVERY MORNING

May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in his works—

Psalms 104:31 NIV

I was preaching the gospel to a young adult. He told me that he doesn't go to church, but he tells God daily to grant him a great day. Because he believes that God hears him just as a friend would, he also wishes God a great day too. I marveled at how he displayed such bold faith,telling God to have a great day the same way he tells his friends.

Ponder this: our heavenly Father's great day is our great day. It makes him happy to see us happy. He delights in our prosperity. He enjoys a great day by making our days great. Isaiah 63:9 NIV says, “In all their distress he too was distressed, and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them; he lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.”

Let us learn to wish God a great day from our heart . For when we do so, we are saying, “May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in his works” We have the glory of God, and it is known by the finished work of the cross, and we are the product of the finished work of the cross .

OUR Lord Jesus Christ, before He went to passion for our sake, prayed to the Father, “I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them.” (John 17:13 NIV) The Lord wants us to have the same enjoyment and joy He has.

Beloved, instead of asking God for this or that, or living in worries, depression etc, learn to wish God a great day from your heart every morning and see how your day will be great.

WE BLESS YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR YOUR JOY IS OUR STRENGTH, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
