And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

Luke 1:28 NKJV

The above greeting was said by the angel to Mary, the glorious Mother of our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. The Greek word for "highly favored one" as used in the passage is "Charitoo" which means highly favored, graceful, lovely, agreeable, accepted.

This same word " charitoo" was only used again in the New Testament, in Ephesians 1:6 "to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved." This was after we were baptized into Christ as children of God. This time "Charitoo" means "accepted"

Psalm 51:5 AMPC says "Behold, I was brought forth in [a state of] iniquity; my mother was sinful who conceived me [and I too am sinful]". We and our mothers were sinful at birth, not necessarily because we sinned, but because we were the branches of Adam.(Romans 5:12)

We became accepted in the beloved as the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus after baptism. (2 Corinthians 5:21) However, in the case of Blessed Mary, she was already accepted, considered highly graceful before she was baptized.

That is why she is the Immaculate conception, because she herself was not conceived with original sin just as us. Think of this, Jesus received her body from her mother, but his life from the Word of God. "The Word took flesh and dwelt among us" If she was conceived with original sin, then the body of Jesus would not have been a perfect and spotless sacrifice to atone for sins.

Hebrews 10:5 MEV says “Sacrifices and offerings You did not desire, but a body You have prepared for Me." How and when the body was prepared, We don't know. All we know is that God promised that He will take a body from a woman and crush devil's head.( Genesis 3:15)

Let us not trust our understanding on this.

MAY THE BLESSINGS OF IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CONTINUE TO BE WITH US FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
